Both run north and south but not through the zip code. From here you can reach pretty much anywhere in the valley in less than 45 minutes.
We’re 10 minutes away from downtown, where Chase Field (home of the Diamondbacks), US Airways Center (home of the Suns), Symphony Hall, and the Orpheum Theater are located. To the east is the Biltmore area with its shopping and resorts. The airport is less than 20 minutes away down the 51. To the north is the Mountain Preserve area with hiking. We’re right in the middle of everything.
85014 is home to the Madison School District and Osborn School Districts for Elementary, and the Phoenix Union High School District. The ASU Downtown Phoenix Campus is just minutes away.
For Theaters and Shopping we have the Biltmore area to the east. Chris Town Mall is to the west and Copper Square to the south is home to many restaurants and a movie theater.
